About who needs care: Husband and wife in 90s. Overall doing ok but HE needs companionship to give HER a break. He enjoys fixing things and doing odd jobs around the house BUT constantly loses glasses, tools, etc. Also has a laptop but cant use it anymore without help. He enjoys checking stocks, looking at pictures, eagle cam, nature videos on YouTube. They're lovely people in need of a patient caregiver with a sense of humor. About the care needs: An easy going flexible personality would be of benefit, as there will likely be be guarded resistance at first. To them, this feels like losing independence. A person who can create an organic friendship would be ideal. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
