85-year-old Woman Looking For Companionship

My mother is 85 years old and is primarily looking for a companion who can take her shopping, take her out for errands, spend time chatting with her and do light housekeeping. She is independent except she needs assistance going up/down stairs due to anxiety about falling.. The companion MUST have her own vehicle.
