Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Laurel

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 70s as he approaches end of life. He will be recently released from the hospital & will require medication administration/management. He is currently on a catheter & diaper. He will also require wound care to a wound on his forearm. While he approaches end of life, he IS mentally alert and engaged. He enjoys conversation, reading the newspaper and in recent days has asked to listen to his favorite music (Grateful Dead and Bob Marley amongst the requests) and be read to from the novels he hasn't gotten around to reading. The care will be provided at his house - with hospice supplying a hospital bed and necessary equipment. Note there is a dog (15 lbs) present but we can barricade him if needed.
