My 97-year-old grandma, who still has her wits and loves to talk, is in need of overnight care, once a week. Though, for the right person, it could be one more night added at least once a month. She only needs help, every two hours, with getting from where she is sleeping to her bedside toilet. She recently broke her right shoulder and can't do a whole lot on her own. She is also worried she will fall again.
