About who needs care: Elderly father with diabetes, high blood pressure and starting onset dementia getting weaker He lives with my mother who is in good health but does not drive She needs help (on call) to lift him at as needed when he falls and drive her to the grocery 1-2 times/week He takes care of his meds About the care needs: Vietnamese speaking Has a driver license and can drive a car safely Services needed include: transportation, and mobility assistance.
