Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Germantown

About who needs care: Looking for assistance for my mother (cognitive decline, limited mobility, 100% in diapers, need bathing and hair washing while she remains in bed, or can sit in wheelchair. My dad has been primary caregiver, but recently recovering from pneumonia & hip fracture, he's been moved to a rehab facility. Temporarily moving my mom into my home until father can return back to their apt. About the care needs: female, non-smoker, no drug use, able to use discretion while bathing my mother. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
