We seek a caring, proactive, and patient individual to provide companionship and light caregiving for an elderly couple in their 80s. They are largely independent but need support due to dementia and declining eyesight. Ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with older adults and problem-solving. Responsibilities: - Provide engaging companionship and support daily routines - Foster a positive, stimulating, and safe environment - Offer medication reminders to ensure adherence - Assist with basic wound care as needed - Help with showering and personal hygiene as necessary - Provide assistance with hearing aids - Observe and report any health or behavioral changes Qualifications: - Experience with dementia - Nursing background and/or caregiving experience - Patience, reliability, and problem-solving skills - Strong communication skills
