Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Gaithersburg

Requesting hands-on care for my mother-in-law (80 years old). She will need assistance with towel bathing, hair washing, and changing underwear. She is mobile, just unable to put weight on one leg, but can use her arms just fine. She currently uses a walker to get around. I am seeking assistance with setting up the towel bathing items, and handing her soapy and water towels to "bathe", washing her hair in the sink, and heating up and serving her lunch. I also would like assistance with simple meal prep, such as making simple soups in the Instant Pot a few days a week. Non-smoker required. Times are flexible.
