Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Gaithersburg

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother who is 90. Cleaning and tidying up her room and doing her laundry is involved. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Personal care required. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation and medication prompting. We're looking for someone to provide companionship.
