Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In East New Market

Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Caregiver to support 90-year-old female client with mid-stage dementia and sundowning features. This fulfilling position offers the opportunity to provide essential care and companionship to our grandmother. Key Responsibilities: Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and meal preparation, provide light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean living environment, administer medications as prescribed, ensuring compliance and safety, offer companionship and engage in activities to promote mental stimulation, provide occasional transportation to medical appointments using a client-provided vehicle, & monitor and document changes in the client's behavior and health condition. Previous experience in home health care or a related field preferred.
