Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother

About who needs care: My grandmother has some dementia- meaning she is mostly aware of things but gets a lot confused or forgets things (for example she thinks there are characters on tv that worked with her back in the 60s or she doesn't remember the day or month). She also can no longer walk. She can move her legs and her body, but she has lost the ability to walk. She was in assisted living but the expense is a lot and she doesn't make use of all of the services. She is not social and does not want to be. She wants to watch tv and be clean. About the care needs: My grandmother responds well to friendly people who are not aggressively friendly. She will make some small talk or talk family, tv, and politics, but she prefers to be left alone to watch tv. She likes board and card games, but doesn't engage with anyone to do so. She may on a rare moment play when suggested. She is able to move her body but tends to be dead weight when being handled by another person. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
