Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Crofton

About who needs care: I am the Case Manager. This would be for my client. She has a few medical conditions. She does walk with 2 canes. She enjoys quilting and traveling but does not anymore. She does on occasion go to lunch with her granddaughter. We are trying to transition her to an assisted living facility. She will need help with ADL's. About the care needs: The client is very talkative. She enjoys company. Her granddaughter does check in on her daily but the family is trying to alleviate this because she needs a life, as well. They are very close and the client values the grandaughter's input. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
