I would need someone reliable to accompany me to the appointment the morning of 18 Dec @ 8AM, and then be available at approximately 2 p.m. to accompany me two blocks away to a hotel where I will be staying. Caregiver should be able to drive but I anticipate (weather permitting) being able to walk to the hotel. The most important aspect of this is reliability. I am willing to pay for the full day.
