Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Brandywine

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 80s. Some of the responsibilities will be changing diapers, changing clothing and bibs. Personal care required, includes feeding and giving water. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
