About who needs care: Upbeat with a healthy mind. Avid reader and loves going to Border's Book Store, out for rides, and lunch when up to it. Great conversationalist and likes board games when she gets to play. Both knees bone on bone which is really affecting her mobility. She has angina that she has lived with for over 40 years, and she is on a blood thinner. I need someone to take her to therapy PT 3 times a week, doctors' visits as well and to keep her stimulated. Can take care of her personal needs but needs assistance from time to time when her knees are really bad. About the care needs: I'm looking for a caregiver that is upbeat, kind, patient, has transportation, good company and likes to read and do other interesting things at the local senior center. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
