Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Bethesda

Hello, I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother who is 80. My father takes care of her, but is becoming tired and needs some help. Our ideal caregiver would be able to do light housekeeping as needed and assist with bathing and dressing once my mother is comfortable with them. We're looking for someone to provide companionship, engage her in activities and drive her to run errands or have outings. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. Ideal candidate has experience working with Alzheimer's. Thank you.
