Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Bel Air

About who needs care: My mother has dementia. Over the last 6 months memory loss has become a much bigger problem, and she is no longer taking care of herself. I just moved back to maryland from out of state to help take care of her (I am going to live with her for now), but will be working full time and will need some in home care for her. Ideally, I am looking for someone(s) to help make sure she takes a shower and changes her clothes every day (she is able, but very stubborn about doing). She needs to wear her hearing aids (also, is very stubborn about doing so). It would be great to get her out to a store on occasion (which I will be able to do with her as well). I would also like to get her just to walk down the street and back (she lives on a cul de sac) to make her get outside and not just sit in front of the tv. She no longer drives, and doesnt cook except with a microwave. About the care needs: Ideally, someone with patience (which I suspect is generally a requirement for caregivers). no special skills needed. She likes to do word games; used to love travelling. For me, someone that will take time to gain her trust. I have some help for things she no longer does (other family members take care of her finances, I will do much needed work around the home). I think she really needs company. Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
