Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Baltimore

About who needs care: Father uses a walker, walks very slowly, trouble with stairs. He has about 8 steps to get out of his condo to the outside door. His wife is VERY small and has her own health issues. She can no longer physically support him to safely get down the stairs and into the car for Dr. appts. Need someone strong enough to be able to provide physical support. Looking for help with Dr. appointment transportation only. No in-home care required. About the care needs: Large strong male preferred (for strength in case he falls). Services needed include: transportation, and mobility assistance.
