My dad is bed ridden. He is approximately 170 lbs. The person would need the knowledge and strength on how to lift him without assistance. He has dementia and also has pain. The person would need the strength of character to handle that with grace. The person would need the patience and kindness to deal with him. There is street parking right out front. No pets
