Companion Care Needed For Myself In Baltimore

About who needs care: I'm that one might refer to as "high functioning" autistic. But my primary reason for seeking care is that I developed some long-term health issues after a severe case of covid. I struggle the most with feeding myself, I don't often have the energy to cook or do the dishes much less both. So, I mostly eat pre-packaged food which isn't the healthiest and probably making things worse. I do have two cats that I could use help with caring for, I got a self-cleaning litter robot that only needs to be emptied once per week. They do get wet food in the mornings and keep trying to wake me earlier and earlier to feed them, which is also not great for me health-wise. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
