Seeking Senior Care Provider In Baltimore

About who needs care: My partner has difficulties with being upright and with the exertion involved in some basic ADLs. She needs daily help with heating up or making simple meals (at around 09:00, 13:00, 19:00) and having the cats fed and their litter box scooped. The only other incidentals would be helping to get things from the first floor of our apartment or bringing up mail/delivered groceries and putting them away. I will be away to address family issues elsewhere from midday 9/18 to midday 9/22, but will be available by phone if needed. About the care needs: An awareness of chronic fatigue and Ehlers-danlos might be helpful, but not necessary. No specialized skills needed, just an assist with meals, tasks. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
