Hello, my name is Rachel & my sister Rebecca & I (both RNs), are in search of a compassionate, dedicated caregiver for our father, who is 77 yo & battling an aggressive form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma called diffuse large B cell lymphoma. His lymphoma was refractory to 4 rounds of strong first-line chemo & thus we have decided to pursue CAR T-cell Therapy in Baltimore, MD. The cancer/bridging tx's (radiation/steroids) have caused weakness, req. use of walker &/or wheelchair (4 long distances) depending. CAR T can have major SE's or mild to none dep. on person. You would monitor for any SE's such as: fever, nausea, HA, rash, rapid HR, & low BP; confusion, seizures, & loss of balance. Due to this, pts can't drive, must be near hosp. for 4 wks post-infusion, & have 24/7 caregiver to monitor for SE's. *Further details on contact
