About who needs care: My mother is oriented x 2 , she does have a tendency to forget diagnosed w/Dementia. She is used to taking care of herself. That has changed d/t her fall on 4/30. Knee replacement to the left leg. She has Congestive heart failure, CKD, and High blood pressure. Loves to watch Westerns and Mysteries, likes to conversate. My mother does not sleep so staying in bed as ling as she wants in the am. She is still able to decide how her day is to begin. By the afternoon she should be rested. About the care needs: 1). The personality that would be a good fit is someone who is full of patience, communicative, and kind. 2). CPR certified. Capable of transferring from bed to chair & chair to walker. Remain ever so watchful (safety) while using walker. 3). No specific hobbies/interested needed. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
