Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Annapolis

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father; he will be 80 this year. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing and changing. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation, specifically dinner. We ask that you handle transportation to doctor appointments, as needed. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
