Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Abingdon

About who needs care: Heart Issues, has a pace maker. She's obese, Not able to walk at this time. She needs baths, help with dressing, and bed changes, She should get up out of bed daily for an hr or two, to wheel chair then back after bed is cleaned. My sister lives at home but she's not a CNA and can't do what needs to be done for Mother. About the care needs: Older Female that is good at her job. Help with transferring from Bed to Chair, and back. Someone willing to help with a friendly smile. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
