Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Worcester

About who needs care: This position is to care for 2 Disabled Adults. Woman is 76 yo. She has mobility issues but can walk in the home with walker and assistance. She attends Dialysis 3 times a week Tues, Thursday, and Saturdays. From 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. She requires assistance in bathing. Male is 77 yo whom is a bit more independent. He just requires assistance in putting Insuline, getting vitals done and meal preps. Special diet is just low in Sodium. Position would entail meal preps, (Lunch and Dinner) . Weekly Menu will be provided. Clients would require accompanying to and from appointments. PCA may use their own personal vehicle or join them to the appointments in the ride-share provided by their Insurance company. Scheduling appointments and keeping them listed on monthly calendar in home. About the care needs: We are preferably looking for a Bilingual Caretaker (fluent in Spanish and English) whom is comfortable cooking Spanish meals and also has flexibility in providing coverage for other care takers. Position also entails working Saturdays( Sat can be swapped for Sundays depending on availability) Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
