Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Westport

We are in need of an overnight senior care provider with CNA experience. He mainly sleeps through the night, however at times gets up to use bathroom, have a beverage and needs max assistance with cueing and use of assitive device to ensure safety. Our care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, incontinence care, fall risk, dementia. Assistance with ability to transfer patient from bed to wheelchair or ambulate with walker with gait belt, for toileting's, obtaining a snack/beverage, and getting back to bed, ect.
