Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Weston

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 80s. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Some light tidying up is involved. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. We ask that you handle transportation as needed. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. Would want to pair my mother with a woman, (no men) and someone that can self motivate to keep her active, and/or find activities around the home if she is feeling tired.
