About the job
I am looking for someone to live with my father for the next 4-6 months. I need someone who can cook meals (for him and yourself), do light cleaning, and help with bathing and dressing when needed. He is currently fairly independent, but we expect he will decline as his illness progresses. He is very hard of hearing but would enjoy having someone to talk to. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom. Food/groceries will be provided, along with linens, cable and Wi-Fi. There is a lot of downtime during the day as he watches a lot of TV and naps. You would have weekends off as my brothers and I will take turns visiting and staying with him. Paid cash/check weekly; rate is negotiable based on experience etc.
