Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Wayland

Our beloved caregiver is getting married and in anticipation of her eventual departure (we'd love her to stay forever!) are seeking applicants for a live-in care position with 12 hours 'off' daily (while staying in the house in a private guest suite). Primary duties: Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Companionship. Mom is 88, newly widowed, and still grieving the loss of the love of her life. She is hard of hearing, but hates wearing hearing aids. She has short-term memory loss, but has perfect longterm memory. Chronic pain/tingles from neuropathy. She takes no meds and opposes medicating seniors, and enjoys her wine. Very strong willed and private. We seek people of faith to help protect mom from a corrupt ecosystem of senior exploitation in the area. Our budget is $150 to $200 per day. No agencies or consultants please.
