About the job
Schedule is 7pm-7 a.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday (website will not allow to overnight time) Family is with client during the day. Upon arrival at 7 p.m. make sure client has PM medications, including nasal spray. Toileting light PM care, including oral hygiene, and peri care prior to bed. Mother has dementia. She is ambulatory and pleasantly confused. Father alert and oriented and a stand by assist with a walker, mostly for safe transferring. Ideally would like to be changed or toileted once through out the night. This shift includes light house keeping including putting away clients clothes and emptying the dishwasher in the morning. Have client up for family at 7 a.m. for family to provide AM care.
