Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Swansea

My 99-year-old dad has very weak legs and needs help getting up/transferring to and from his bed, wheelchair, recliner, commode. He uses his walker and gait belt for all transfers. He's hard of hearing but pleasant to be around and lives in his own home with his 91-year-old wife. His needs are basic, morning hands and face washing up, getting him to the kitchen and preparing breakfast, cleaning up afterwards and commode assistance as the bathroom is no longer accessible to him We are looking for someone who is easygoing and follows his directions with patience and kindness, he knows exactly how he likes things done. We'd appreciate someone reliable and will be there on time so he won't be stuck in bed . Services needed include: meal preparation, light housekeeping, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
