About who needs care: I'm a retired grant writer from the University of Massachusetts graduate school. I have a B.A. in Women's Studies & Medical Ethics from UMass Amherst. I am a survivor of both breast cancer and diabetes, both of which are in remission. I have a number of other health challenges, including a mild balance disorder and myalgic myeloencephalitis, but I have never fallen.
