About the job
About who needs care: Looking for someone to go in and just be company for my parents. They are 86 years old and living in an assisted living facility. Dad has Parkinson and Mom has knee pain. She has the starting of some memory areas. They have been living in the assisted living for about four months and the afternoons can get lonely for them. About the care needs: Outgoing, friendly and can engage with my parents. My mom can get depressed and lonely in the afternoons. Someone to go in and maybe take them to afternoon activities in the facility, maybe make cookies, unit has a full kitchen. Dad has good days and bad days with Parkinson. Bad days he has trouble moving. Services needed include: transportation, and companionship.
