I need a hands-on care provider experience for my father in his 80s. Assistance with medication is needed. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. Generally about 4 hours during day, possibly some evenings to act as second staff to assist with transfers, lifting
