Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Roslindale

We need a companion care provider for my mother in her 70s. She has arthritis in her knees and needs help whenever she walks around the apartment, such as getting to the bathroom, but she spends a lot of time in her bed reading. We're looking for someone to help with her dressing, preparing her meals, to do light breathing and physical exercises for her legs in her bedroom, take her to the back porch for fresh air, and to provide supervision, make sure she doesn't fall, and companionship, while I'm at work. Preference for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
