About the job
Looking for hands on support for our mother in her 70s who is home post-rehab from a hip surgery. Experience with dementia important as she has memory issues. Need someone to remind her to take her medication 2x per day, prepare her meals or take her out for meals. Will need support in the morning with bathing, getting her up and dressed and light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes. Our mother is humble and does not love receiving help, should be someone who can make her feel comfortable during this transition. Requires having their own transportation. Must be a non-smoker. Must speak English.
