Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Plymouth

Help needed for my father in his 90s - seeking part-time hands-on care. Assistance is needed each day of the week for 1-2 hours in the afternoon and at night. The afternoon responsibilities will include bathroom assistance - changing diaper, possibly cleanup from incontinence. Evening responsibilities include the above as well as preparing for bed. Specifically, changing into his PJs. My father has Parkinson's and needs mobility assistance. He uses a walker but can sometimes be unstable and prone to falling. He uses a medical alert system in the event of a fall. First responders will lift him.
