Twice A Week Care Needed For My Grandmother

We are looking for hands-on care to help with my grandmother twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays in Plymouth. The care would include the following: ~Light housekeeping (washing dishes, sweeping, cleaning the bathroom, and mopping every other week) ~Help with bathing ~Changing of a colostomy bag ~Small meal preparation ~Companionship ~Prompting her to take her medication and do some exercises recommended by the physical therapist. We need someone who is comfortable with dogs as we have a chihuahua
