Looking for a personal caregiver for my brother, 38 yrs old, with ALS who is non-ambulatory/using a powered wheelchair. Looking for nursing student or someone majoring in health sciences, preferably. On the job training will be provided; including training on stretching exercises, transfer techniques, and use of Hoyer lift. Interest in sports is a plus! Where North Andover, MA When Two days a week from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. or 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Also open to night time shift from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. if interested/available Pay $25/hour Duties include the following Helping him get up out of bed and ready for the day Helping him with stretching exercises including ankles, legs, arms/shoulders Helping with dressing, potential bathing/toileting needs such as emptying catheters/urinals Helping prepare food for breakfast/lunch
