About who needs care: My mother Rosemary has MS. Homebound. She uses a Hoyer lift for toileting and getting to bed for bathing. Otherwise very mentally with it. Interests reading, talking with friends and spending time with my father. Dad does the meals and projects with her. He is weaker from hospital stays so he is still recovering physically. My brother and I have been caring for both of them. We need more help. About the care needs: A gentle approach would be optimal. Mom only needs the physical help otherwise she is very independent.
