Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Milford (Spanish Required)

Hi, I'm looking for a reliable hands-on caring and compassionate companion to provide care for my mother in her 60s who has been diagnosed with advanced Dementia/Alzheimer's disease. My mother only speaks/ understands Spanish, so I am looking for someone who is comfortable speaking Spanish (required). I work from home most days but need the extra hand to help redirect when I am unavailable and provide her companionship. Some of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing, changing, meal preparation, administering medication (not required), and some light housekeeping. Preferences for a caregiver who has experience in memory care/ PCA, a non-smoker, and comfortable with pets (we have both cats and dogs at home who are friendly).
