Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother .CNA Certification Or Equivalent

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 80s. My mom has late stage dementia and is non verbal. She is a very sweet woman who will need help in day to day activities. My dad is her primary caregiver and is home most days but needs help with showering and light housekeeping. Additional responsibilities include changing due to incontinence. Important - there is some medication management as my dad needs help. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Hours and start date are negotiable.
