Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Melrose

About who needs care: My two grandparents live in a home that isn't very accessible and they often need help moving around. My grandmother recently fell and broke her leg, so she's been having extra trouble with moving. My grandmother is the primary care-giver for my grandfather, as he's in the early stages of dementia and often has trouble with short term memory. They both will need help with bathing, laundry, errands, and also just help around the house. About the care needs: We're hoping for someone who has a good understanding of mental health conditions and has experience with elderly care. My grandmother experiences sometimes severe anxiety being the main caregiver for my grandfather and struggles with giving up that responsibility, so we would love to have someone that can provide some support in that area. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
