Hands-on Care Needed For My Wife In Medway

About who needs care: I am looking for someone to come in for a few hours in the morning and a few hours in the evening to help with my wife who is suffering from late stage mixed memory loss. She is incontinent and I would need help with changing, dressing and other self care as well as helping with mobility. About the care needs: Ideal care giver would have experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia and be physically fit enough to help help with lifting my wife to a standing position at times and with her mobility. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
