Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Marlborough

Hands ands-on care for my mother. One of your responsibilities will be helping with incontinent care. Preferences for a caregiver who is non-smoker, CPR / first-aid trained and experienced. My mother in her 70s. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with one dog who is a 60lb friendly Golden Retriever. She needs incontinent care. She is bedridden with little strength to help with her own movement. She is approximately 200 lbs. I have people able to do the care on their own. The night time care would be primarily incontinent care/changing her depends. She would also need to be cleaned up for bed but not a complete bed bath. She had polio as child, no use of her legs. Prefer someone who can provide last minute coverage as well in case someone calls out. It is 60-90 minutes a shift depending on whether it is morning or night.
