About who needs care: Need ride to dialysis treatment only. Pick up at my home 1. 45 p.m. - 2. 00 p.m. to dialysis center in Salem. I also need someone for the same days (M, W, F) to pick me up after dialysis at 6 p.m. to bring me home and stay for a couple of hours. Maybe heat my dinner in microwave). Services needed include: transportation.
