About who needs care: CP that is nonverbal, parapalegic. Lives with aging father and would like to have a PCH to give dad a break and get him out of the house once in a while. About the care needs: Able to lift 150 pounds with or without Hoyer lift. Must be comfortable with feeding, drinking, dressing, toileting. Good communicator. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
