Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Manchester

I need senior care provider for my parents with experience caring for someone with cognitive impairment (and it may improve but unclear at this time). My parents are used to being extremely independent but both have recently experienced extended hospitalizations and are struggling to maintain their full independence at home. They love being at home and would like to continue living there if at all possible. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Errands / Shopping, Transportation to appointments. Important - experience with managing and administering medication would be helpful. Some light tidying up is involved. We're looking for some help preparing meals. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands as least for the short term and be responsible for transporting to/from appointments.
