Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Lexington

Looking for care for my father who is almost 85 and has Dementia with Lewy Bodies and the heart condition Cardiac Amyloidosis. We are moving in the direction of full-time care, mainly for day shifts, but that could change. Help needed: getting dressed, toileting, medication reminders, breakfast/lunch prep, making the bed, washing dishes, laundry, transportation to/from his Burlington office (he still goes to work weekday mornings and needs an experienced & relaxed driver), running errands, possible help with doctors' appointments, showering/sponge baths, companionship and soothing/calming (he regularly experiences hallucinations and delusions and often has trouble sleeping). Current shifts needed: Sun - 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Mon - 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Thurs - 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
